Grievance Redressal Committee


The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) stands as a vigilant guardian, dedicated to resolving student complaints with precision and care. It serves as a sanctuary where students can voice their concerns and trust that they will be heard and addressed. Whether it's academic woes or issues beyond the classroom walls, the GRC is on the frontline, ready to lend a listening ear and extend a helping hand.

At the heart of the GRC's operation is the humble grievance/suggestion box, a beacon of hope amidst the bustling campus. Here, students can pen down their troubles, suggestions, or praises, knowing that each word will be met with thoughtful consideration. No issue is too small or too large for the GRC's attention—from academic hurdles to administrative hurdles, discrimination, or harassment, every concern is taken seriously.

Once a complaint finds its way into the GRC's hands, it undergoes thorough scrutiny. Each case is carefully examined, and swift action is taken to address the root cause. Whether it's conducting investigations or facilitating peaceful mediation between conflicting parties, the GRC leaves no stone unturned in its quest for justice.

Beyond the traditional grievance box, the GRC offers various avenues for communication. Whether it's through email correspondence, online grievance portal or face-to-face meetings with dedicated GRC members, students are encouraged to speak up and be heard.

In its quest to uphold fairness and transparency, the GRC remains committed to timely resolution. With every grievance addressed promptly and efficiently, the GRC ensures that students can focus on their studies without the burden of unresolved issues weighing them down.

But the GRC's duties don't end there. Regular reports are submitted to the relevant authorities, ensuring accountability and transparency in its operations. Should the need arise, the GRC seeks guidance from higher authorities, ensuring that every grievance is handled with the utmost care and expertise.
